Reliability and Engagement Index (ICE) in the Ecomilhas app

Did you know that some products are only unlocked when we reach certain reliability or engagement targets in the app?

Here at Ecomilhas we have some very important news: engagement and reliability targets that unlock products inside the app! This means that, in order to access certain products and benefits, we need to reach specific levels on these two targets.

Engagement targets

Engagement is measured by the number of sustainable trips we receive during the week. In other words, the more you use sustainable modes of transport to get to work or to move around in your daily life, the more engaged you are! This helps unlock special products and also shows that you are contributing to the decarbonization of your city!

Reliability targets

Reliability is measured by the accuracy of the trips you record in the app. Every trip you submit has to be approved, meaning it must have the correct data, so that a good approval rate is maintained. The more approved trips, the higher your reliability, which helps you unlock exclusive products and prove that you are truly committed to more sustainable mobility.

The charts (shown below) illustrate how these targets are measured: the engagement target tracks how many trips we receive each week, and the reliability target looks at the approval rate of all the trips received by Emilha.

This way, you can easily follow the progress of the app community and understand what is still needed to unlock the products and rewards!
