How the Ecomiles Card works
A new way to use your rewards
The Ecomiles Card makes using your rewards balance even easier. When you redeem in the benefits store, the amount is available on your card balance within seconds, ready to use.
The Ecomiles Card is a prepaid card with a credit function. It is issued by P3 and runs on Mastercard, so it is widely accepted in stores, for payments and for online shopping.
Unlocking access to the card
To access the Ecomiles Card, you need to complete an identity verification, which keeps the card issuing process secure for your account. It is quick and safe: all you need is an ID document.
When you receive the new app update, you will be invited to verify your identity.
The verification is done by Didit in two steps: document verification and face verification.
- Document: choose one of 4 document options and enter your country of origin. You can take a photo with your phone’s camera or pick an image from your gallery.
- Face verification: find a well-lit place and avoid accessories that make it harder to see your face.
A few minutes after verification, your card appears on the home screen. It is linked to the plan or company your account is registered with.
When you open the card, you can check your available balance, card details, redemption history and transactions. You can also add the Ecomiles Card to digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Wallet.
