How to edit your profile details in the Ecomiles app

Just created your account and not sure you filled everything in correctly? No need to panic! In the Ecomiles app, you are free to update your details whenever you want.

1. Where it all happens: the Profile tab

When you tap the “Profile” tab, you see a summary of your details:

• Email
• Mobile number
• Date of birth

2. Add a photo

Don’t be just a letter in a circle! To add your photo:

1. Tap the icon with your initials.
2. Choose to take a photo right away or pick your favorite one from your gallery.

Go on, add a photo! It is always nice to know who is helping the planet. 📸

3. Security

Here you can change your password and access the Ecomiles cards registered in the app.

Note: when you change your password, you will be logged out of the app and will need to sign in again with your new password.

4. Linked account

You can link your Ecomiles account to other platforms, such as Google or Windows, to sign in to the app faster.

5. Additional details

In this section, you can share a little more about yourself and the main ways you get around.

The “Refer and Earn” program is also available here. Invite your friends to use the app and earn bonus ecomiles. A dedicated article explaining the program in detail is coming soon.

When you complete your details, you also get 100 ecomiles and move closer to your first redemption.
