How to create your account in the Ecomiles app

Welcome! Creating your account in the Ecomiles app is the first step to turning your sustainable routine into real benefits. In just a few minutes, you will be ready to convert your commutes into rewards.

Step 1: download the app

The starting point is having the app installed on your smartphone. It is available on the main platforms:

• Ecomiles on Google Play
• Ecomiles on the App Store

Step 2: start your sign-up

After opening the app and going through the welcome screens, tap “Create your account” on the home screen. Then just follow these simple steps:

• Nationality: select your country of origin.
• ID document: choose which document you want to use: CPF (Brazil), Passport or ID.
• Additional details: enter your full name (avoid abbreviations).
  If you prefer, you can fill in the optional field with your Preferred name or Nickname, so that is how the community will see you.
• Email: use the email you check most often, since it will be your login credential.
  Employees, please note: if your company partners with Ecomiles, sign up with your work email.
• Password: create a strong password to protect your data. It must have at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character (e.g. *, @, #).

Done! You are now an Ecomiler

Now just start logging your trips and watch your ecomiles add up.

Typed something wrong during sign-up? No worries! You can update your information at any time in the Profile tab inside the app.
